Ever since the Cold War the Russians have wanted to build in aircraft, which could carry large amounts of bombs and fuel to enable it to fly from Russia to the United States, dropped its bombs in flight back. And they wanted to do this completely undetected from our radar systems and missile defense systems. The Russian bombers have finally got it right and flown undetected across the Arctic and well into Canadian airspace, which proves they could attack the United States with nuclear weapons.

One of the reasons this is so important to Russia is that they are trying to sell long-range bombers, which could fly undetected to China. The Chinese want to have this capability in order to let the United States know that if it interferes with Taiwan and the reunification with red China that the Chinese military maintains the option of striking the United States of America without risk of being shot down. Also Russia is now making a deal with Mexico to refurbish and repair Russian aircraft. Which means Russia would have aircraft within striking distance of the United States of America stationed in Mexico, which supposedly would begin in repairs due to the low-cost labor.
